I signed up for Photography course to build up on my picture-clicking skills.
But I left with vastly more.
I learnt all about the right amount of exposure, correct focus, subject-object dynamics and most of all, I learnt about that mystical ability of capturing things and people in a photograph in their true form.
I believe that 'knack of capturing' and the 'sense of an artist' are the most important abilities a photographer can possess. And this course brought out those qualities in me.
From being a noob in clicking portraits, now portraits have become my niche. I have come such a long way.
Not only was the course fun and challenging but Vipul sir's guidance was invaluable. He has a very lucid style of teaching, which inspired me a lot, so much so that photography isn't just a hobby anymore. It has become a passion.

When it comes to photography, there are loads of them that talk a good game, but Lens Academy helps you make it happen. They have enabled me, coached me and given me the confidence to share my talent or “perspective” as they put it, with the rest of the world. Their curriculum covers a lot of information, delivered in concise chunks that were easy to absorb. The structure was clear, logical and effective. I didn’t just learn “how” to click photographs – “what” and “why” of photography also became much clearer. All I can say is that photography now seems to be a life skill to me!
